A lot of so called bosses should read that last quote.
    “Leadership means to serve others.”
Unfortunately many so called leaders think its the other way around.
    Great interview and article.

Employees might also read the “work my tail off” quotes. Works both ways.

drdneast, yes I agree. A true leader is one who inspire others. Jameis is the real deal. Finally we have a leader who will take us to the playoffs!

It’s nice to have Jameis in place leading this team. It’s also a refreshing change having an up beat, candid coach. Koetter, as John Gruden mentioned last year, might well turn out to be that well kept secret coach. Finally a staff that will turn it’s players lose, instead of holding back.

Last year this time we were in the Winston-Mariota debate, not knowing how it would all play out. It seems our 40 year search for a true franchise QB may be over with young Jameis eager to do what it takes to be successful. I for one, am thankful we are no longer looking at other teams’ castoffs to fill the most important position on the team.

Just having the same offensive scheme will make it that much better this year. Seems like every year the offensive was changing over the years. Winston is the real deal.

Scubog, you pay for what you get.
If workers are making $10 an hour and see their boss driving around in a brand new SUV Mercedes Benz and going home to a $1 million dollar home on Davis Island and bragging about his vacations to Europe, its not likely they are going to feel like giving them 100 percent effort.
Income disparity in this country is at its highest level ever and is an indictment of greed on the rich.

I can see your passion. Perhaps we can all just be Bucs fans on this site.

It’s called capitalism DRD. It’s what this country is built on. Want to be rich, develop a good go service that makes you so. Christ man keep it to football in here, you’re getting boring with the “I’m not rich ” crap. No one in this room cares how much money you or anyone else has.

I am excited too. As for our other statement about employment, I can tell you that a person will never get rich working for another. You must own your own business. And, if you take the money to do the job; do the work.

Very excited young Winston seems to say all the right things and gets it! As for DRD and his yet again political comments on a football board:
cgmaster27 he’s just now getting boring? The political talk and all the rich people are evil crap is getting real real old. Go spout that garbage on some political board where people want to hear it. Last I checked this is a Bucs football board. I own a business and have people that make 10.00/hr. It’s called entry level moron. I also have people making over 100K because they worked harder and deserve it. You don’t think you are being paid fairly it’s a free country go to a different employer, work harder, or become more skilled. People like you aren’t even worth arguing with or acknowledging and I won’t going forward.

      Well said Fred.

LOL. I know what it’s called cgmaster, and if you want to keep the current system in place, then the rich better stop actig like a pack of greedheads or Bernie Sanders is going to be your next president. LOL,
There are lots more por people than rich people who vote.
