PewterReport.com is debuting a new video feature we plan to run throughout the year called the Pewter Pulse. In it, publisher Scott Reynolds and editor Mark Cook, will provide a video commentary discussing a number of topics pertaining to the Buccaneers.
This week Cook was joined by good friend of PewterReport.com Derek Fournier of WhatTheBucs.net who filled in for Reynolds, and the two discussed what they think the Bucs should do with their first pick in the draft, while also recapping the offseason.
Take a look below and feel free to comment on ways to make it better, and things our readers – and now viewers – would like to see throughout the year.
Mark Cook currently is the director of editorial content and Bucs beat writer and has written for PewterReport.com since 2011. Cook has followed the Buccaneers since 1977 when he first began watching football with his Dad and is fond of the 1979 Bucs team that came within 10 points of going to a Super Bowl. His favorite Bucs game is still the 1979 divisional playoff win 24-17 over the Eagles. In his spare time Cook enjoys playing guitar, fishing, surfing and family time at the beach. In addition, Cook can be found in front of a television or in Doak Campbell any time the FSU Seminoles are playing. Cook is a native of Pinecrest in Eastern Hillsborough County and has written for numerous publications including the Tampa Tribune, In the Field and Ya'll Magazine. Cook can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are you guys brothers, from different mothers?
Audio isn’t working. Intro plays then you guys talk and there’s no sound
Nice job Mark. Lovie had to go though. Defense should be much more aggressive under Smith. OL…DL at #9 is right call.
Enjoyed it Mark; didn’t know you now have entered your late 40’s.
No audio on my I phone 6.
It wasn’t stereo for sure.
Well Buc Fans a great piece. I believe that getting a great Offensive linemen at Pick No#9.I like to put my pick. The Ot Jack Conklin from Mich st. GET a CB or DL in Rd-2 and Rd-3.Trade with jets for mike Glennon and their pick. Go Bucs
I thought I was looking at a Nutri-System before and after advertisement photo.
Volume level is fine for the discussion itself but way too loud on the burst of music in between. It scared the deer out of my yard.
I think Mark did a plant to make himself look more like George Clooney with a beard.
Haha! We got jokes! Seriously sorry with the audio issues. Plays fine on PC, tablet, but not on phone unless you have ear buds. Then the sound is fine. Spent a number of hours trying to correct it, but I give up. Hopefully next edition will be better.
This is THE best improvement made to the site in the last year. The topics are always relevant and interesting and answers most anything asked on a chat. I thought Derek did a great job as well. Again, the Pulse is a winner! Thanks and a hat tip!
