Weird & funny all at the same time. The best part of this is knowing that Skippers is still around. It’s been about 17 years or so, but I liked the place.

I’d rather you report that he attended a Brooks charity event this weekend in Tampa. Is this true?

Yes it is true. Winston was there with brooks and Lovie. All the haters can just forget about mariota at this point. It’s a done deal. I know I said I wasn’t posting until after the draft but I figured I could answer you surfer without getting wrecked by mariota and his cult.

Yes he will be there. I was at the Hard Rock tonight and he was there for Brook’s charity event.

Winston is a great salesman I’ll give him that. Mariota is a lousy salesman and will be a better QB from mid-2015 and beyond. We’ll see which one the Bucs go with.

I’m planning to enjoy some crab legs on Draft night.

This reminds me of the time John McKay told a reporter he “didn’t know a football from a watermelon” The next day someone “hooked up” the old coach with a melon on the doorstep. John then said he, “didn’t know a football from a Mercedes”. No such luck getting that freebie.

In five years, when Winston has led the Buccaneers to two Super Bowls, become the first quarterback in history to start for a full season and not throw a single interception, and received a Nobel Prize in Maritime Biology for Shellfish Conservation, we will all look back at the winter of 2015 and laugh. – Mike Tanier, Bleacher Report.

seriously, what is better than a plate of food from Skippers on a Thursday night with Uncle John’s Band rocking it??????

Something the area fans in Tampa might want to consider between M.M, and Winston. Bucs icons Brooks, and Allstott stayed in Tampa after their playing days. We still enjoy their presence in the community till this day. Jameis has already bent over backwards to attend both players events, where’s Marcus? If Winston were to retire a Buc, I believe he’ll stay in Tampa after his playing days. I see Mariota sailing back to the Islands to live his quiet life, just my opinion. Winston, will you be mad if the Bucs don’t pick you? Hurt, man that’s my home town. Mariota, you don’t care where you get drafted do you? No. Guess what Marcus? Me neither.

Look Winston isn’t being altruistic with is Alstott and Brook charity thing. He’ll be looking at both of them in the next several years to support his own foundation. It doesn’t make sense for Mariota to be here – he’s not projected to be a Buccaneer. As for the story, shame on PR for preporting this crableg gimmick. This franchise is a complete joke with MRSA, HIPAA, bad coaches, chronic losing – and now crablegs.
