The choice with Arroyo is do they want to keep the same offense, or bring in a new OC and have to install yet another system? Is it even possible to retain the same system and bring in a new OC. This team needs continuity to develop consistency, I am very skeptical about putting in yet another new offensive system.

I’ve never really heard of someone being hired to run someone else’s offensive system. Maybe there has been an occasion of it, but it certainly isn’t the normal procedure.

Nice touch to give t-shirts to your followers/readers. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it as I did when I won the Steelers’ win prediction.

Why all of the Jeff Tedford discussion other than curiosity? That ship has sailed….er sunk.

Tedford’s leaving is probably the biggest reason for the Bucs’ poor season and as a fan, I’m anxious to know who his replacement will be. I’m surprised by Arroyo’s progress, but don’t think we should continue w/ him going forward. There’s more to being OC than calling plays – we really need a proven O.C. who knows how to read defenses. One of Lovie’s biggest failures this season was not to bring in a consultant eye in the sky to give Arroyo some mentoring/advice on what defenses he was facing and what to throw at the opponents –
