Love to hear our Coach is keeping the fans informed. What happen to Friday Fab 5? Is it now gone like the Chat Room?

My worries exactly Horse. A very fancy web site, but the favored content seems to just be seeping away. My concern is that if this keeps going it will be a site with only sound bites, tweets, and short videos.

Yes, and we don’t need to read “you can hear us on XXXX radio” or who your latest sponsor is. All that self-advertisement is just space filler.

Here’s that darn Twitter again! lol

No SR’s Fab 5 this week, due to Scott Reynold’s vacation but make sure to check out all our owners meeting coverage at http://PewterReport.com

Well my son has been suggesting for me to go elsewhere for other site information and I guess I am slowly being forced to join another group because I’m not doing twitter. Pewterreport.com with Scott Smith and Casey is pretty good.

Horse, I am right with you on this. Not doing twitter either. The other site is getting much better on daily Buc’s news. I guess it’s an age thing. 66 now and been with the Buc;s since day 1. Been on this site for a long time like you have.

Well Horse you can make all the comments you want too. You are one of the fans I love your opions. From George L Hicks a die heard buc fan since day one. I graduate from HB Plant in 1064-Go Bucs

I hope that Winston is work out with Kenny Bell on those long balls as he’s going to be a big part of those stretch plays.

    Easy does it guys.
Even a mule gets some time off now and again from pulling the plow.
Just a little better communication is all hat is needed
I don’t get Twitter either but I don’t want to draw and quarter PR because of one week.
However, it sure does show the staff how valuable their contributions are,
You guys didn’t belly ache like this when the Glazers raised the prices that’s for sure.

Well at least they didn’t cancel the games when they jetted off to some tropical paradise.

Going to go to buccaneer.com and listen to the almost complete Koetter interview at the owners meeting which allows me to form my own opinion. This is not the fist time pewter Report has done this stuff. Totally believing they are going another route and our little jewell has lost it’s sparkle. I know they have to make a living, but communication is what it is all about to success. Go Bucs.

Geeesh, Horse, one week you don’t get SR5 and your are ready to bolt?
I read a lot of different sites but PR is far and away my favorite and the one I look to first.
Don’t expect anything but homer journalism on the buccaneer.com site however since it is the Tampa Bay Bucs own website.

drdneast, they have done this before. They threw a garbage article out today where the information was available via Koetter Press Conf on Thursday and also mentioned in previous articles just to be able to say nothing was put out for the weekend. Okay I get it they have the right to have vacations and enjoy life. Have you ever heard of rotational weekend coverage? I just don’t like it when there is no notice. This a pewterreport.com not pewterreporttwitter.com. Not too professional and I’m disappointed that this has to be pointed out to them.

Horse and others complaining about no Fab 5 this past week and other things: are you serious? First off you don’t have to “do” Twitter to see what they are saying. If you scroll down just a little bit further past these comments you will see all of PewterReport’s tweets, wherein which the announcement that there would be no Fab 5 this week was posted more than once. No signing up, no new fangled interweb technology. Just scroll on down. Complaining because he took a week off (in March nonetheless) and saying you’re going to go else were for info is laughable. Buccaneers.com would love to have you I’m sure. But I know that nowhere on that site will you ever find something even remotely close to the in depth and non-homer type take that SR works his butt off every week to provide for us for free almost every single week of the year. I understand not everyone wants to join Twitter but like I said, you don’t have to. Everything is provided right here for us. Just scroll a little further past your 5 comments of complaints. That should be easy enough for you.

I know you’re a frequent visitor and commentor so you more than most should know the amount of content on this site is doing the exact opposite of dwindling. I have visited all the other bucs websites and have stuck here for a reason. This is clearly the best one. Maybe if he took a week off in mid November I would understand your gripe. But Mid March is a bit of a stretch. I know you just can’t miss another mock draft or article going over what players we may be targeting in the draft for the 40th time. Give it a break guy.

You’ve always been a commentor I enjoyed reading and I know you won’t actually be leaving the site, but maybe look around next time before you start whining about missing an offseason news article. The information is all right here, JUST SCROLL BABY! – Al Davis

esquandolas4, I have to agree with your comment completely.
In addition, my parents raised me not to complain about something I got for free.
of course it had more to do with free food than anything else. but the philosophy holds true for most everything else you get in life for free as well.
Pewter Report would be one of those.
My mother also told me there was a word to describe those who complained about something they got for free; ingrate.
    My mom sure was smart.

Thanks drd, I agree with your mother on that as well. If working in the service industry for a few years taught me anything it’s that some people just cannot be pleased no matter what you do. I was a part of this site for years when you actually DID have to pay a yearly fee and I had no problem doing so because the inside info and unique takes were well worth it. Over the years the amount and quality of info and articles has done nothing but improved, all this while deciding to make the site free of charge!
      Some people man… GO BUCS!!
