Splash plays mean more than missed tackles etc. this kid has the “it” factor. He is the real deal and can’t wait to see him progress next few years. I think LB position for Buc’s is outstanding and exciting. I just hope he stays healthy and no more dumb “mystery” supplements! Go Buc’s!!!

PFF has been dishing it out to the Bucs players for years. Why should this year be any different?

Don’t know how that affected his ‘rating’, but there were a lot more missed tackles than we wanted to see from most of the ‘D’ last year- hope he worked w/ L.D. on that in the off season… Looking forward to a full 16 game season from him this year!

If everybody played like he did, the Bucs would not have finished 6-10 last year.

I didn’t track statistics but I know what I saw with my eyes. The kid is good. Love his attitude. Can’t measure that.

Wow, Bucs getting no respect, nothing new here folks, keep moving along. We all watch the football shows, never much talked about us, and when they do it’s mostly negative. We’re all so tired over it but the only way to change that view of us is to win games. I’m hoping that new day is dawning, and the “experts” choke on it, when they have to start saying we’re the real deal.

Went back and watched some gams from last year. To be honest, I did notice a lot of missed tackles last year. But not many were in the open field which is important. Most of his missed tackles came two or three yards behind the line of scrimmage. At that point even when he missed the tackle, it completely blew up what the offense was trying to do. Who cares if you make a tackle three yards behind the line of scrimmage or if you miss it but give other guys time to get to the guy and make a tackle three yards behind the line of scrimmage. Its still a three yard loss. PFF isn’t a bad rating service, but just like any statistical based thing, there are times when using your eyes is better.

His stats are awesome. From the moment this kid stepped on the field I knew we had a superstar. This guy will be the most feared player on our team for many yrs if he can stay healthy.
